Ryzen 5 3600 is recognized by system and all programs as the processor that has 3.95GHz base clock speed. (insted of 3.6GHz) Is it possible that i made that using a ryzen master?
Forgot to say that bios wont save any changes of cpu clock
Sounds like it is time to load defaults in the BIOS... sounds like you have enabled some sort of OC
