Constant Crashing, EDC too high?

I recently put together my new build, but it often Blue screens or crashes games I'll be trying to play. I think its my processor, since Ryzen Master tells me my EDC is maxing out. Build is here:

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X

GPU: Asus ROG Strix Geforce RTX 2060 A6G

MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro Wifi

MEM: T-Force Delta RGB 16GB (2x8GB)

PSU: EVGA 600W BQ

I've researched the issue to no end and used this link as a guideline. Which helped cool my EDC value, but only when disabling Core Performance Boost. I also cannot find Precision Boost Overdrive in Aorus' BIOS although its clearly labelled in the Ryzen Master. So, to be clear, my EDC is now normal but only because I disabled Core Perf Boost. How can I fix this w/o just disabling CPB? 

Sidenote: I flashed to newest BIOS, I think, but am unfamiliar w/ Aorus' BIOS. My MOBO's website titles the newest file as F60c, and the unzipped file is a 60C type file. I updated it to this and it took it, but is it correct?

I have a similar symptom without the crashes, but get allot of throttling.  EDC is set to 125A with a 168A peak in Ryzen Master, and runs between 80-97% constantly.  Has anyone found more information on what contributes to EDC, if it can be raised from 125A in Ryzen master, and common consequences of allowing EDC to operate at elevated levels?

CPU:  Ryzen 5 2600x

GPU:  Nvidia GTX 770

PSU: EVGA 650

MOBO:  Aorus B450 I Pro Wifi

RAM:  16GB (2x8) G.Skill Ripjaws V 3200
