Sorry about messy post. Try to think everything that i have tried.
So i have about year old 5800x3d cpu and it have started to reboot when core performance boost is on. Without cpb totally stable.
I did get whea 18 errors like couple times a week before and i was thinking that it's probably some gpu driver problem because i did buy RX 7800 XT last fall. Now it's gone point that it's reboots even in windows log in screen.
I was thinking that it's probably PSU (old was 850x corsair RMx) so i bought new 1000w seasonic. Well didn't help.
Then i did run memtest64 6 hours xmp on and off. Both passed.
After that i download some tress test that boot from usb stick and computer reboots like in 10 min so it's not probably windows thing.
Tested new f39 and old f37 bioss. Same thing.
Tested high loadline calibration. Rebooted, but i think that it did take longer.
Temps should be ok, not great. About 80c max.
Recorded some hfinfo data before computer reboot while idle. Voltages were 1.152v, soc 1.08v, vddp 0.8v
After computer reboots it doesn't post. I need to remove power cable, wait a while and then it post and say that i need to reset bios settings.
I have old 3800x somewhere. Need to find it and test if that make computer reboot too.
Anybody have any ideas what to still try? It's probably broken CPU or mobo :(.
One weird thing i did notice too. No idea does it have anything to do with reboots, but before reboot there is always these two events (id 125) in event viewer.

Holy mother.. We have the same issue and almost exacatly the same specs. im running a 7900xt instead of a 7800xt. Did you find a solution?
I have recently started running into this issue with the same ACPI thermal zone stuff showing up. I'm running a 5950x with a 7900xtx. Everything has been fine until about 2 days ago. Seems to still be happening when playing games for about 30 minutes or so then crashes to a black screen and fans turn off, but ram stays lit up. I'm really at a loss because when gaming cpu and gpu temps are around the 60-62 degree mark, so it's not super hot. If you have any updates it would be appreciated if you shared.
As I've been having the virtually the exact same issue for 5+ months now and throughout several new PSU's, two new MOBO's, two sets of RAM and a new GPU + CPU I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong.
At this point I've even changed the case for better airflow. Any tests I run complete just fine, but gaming for extended (30+) minutes or looking at any sort of video of my SSD's makes it eventually crash. Browser based videos seems to be ok for some reason. I can't find any especially hot areas either, nothing that would cause anything like this.
My specs are very similar to OP's, as I haven't had the money to upgrade much. I would've gone up to AM5 if I had the money, but I've seen similar threads with people running that too, with this exact same issue.
As a small sidenote; I've been building PC's for over 20 years and this is the first time I've felt completely clueless as to what to do.
Did any one of you ever figure anything worthwhile out?
