Asus TUF A15 4060, Ryzen 7 7735HS, 16GB ram
my performance is **bleep** in any game i play. i believe this only happens when my laptop is plugged in but I'm not too sure because i haven't tested this yet.
the performance tanks when the clock speed goes down, normally it would be around 3 or 4 GHz but like once every 2/4 seconds the clock speed drops down to 0.5GHz and so does my fps. i have tried some easy things, like changing some registry things that Nvidia support recommended. but looking back this was def a CPU issue so was useless. and i have tried looking online for the same kind of issues but found nothing helpful. btw fan mode or integrated/dedicated GPU doesn't matter. this is only caused because of the CPU. i am on the newest driver version, at least the newest version of adrenaline. but i have no idea how to fix this right now. i have already had such annoying issues with this laptop and this is just another one on the pile so i rly hope this can also be helped. thank you for anyone even read all this.
