Can I use the same AM4 backplate for two different coolers?
I currently have an AM4 backplate installed from Noctua to fit my Noctua NH-L9x65 onto my Ryzen 2600x.
I am changing coolers to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition and I am curious if I need to replace the current AM4 backplate with the one that comes with the Cooler Master Hyper 212?

You would need to compare your Noctua and CoolerMaster backplates to see if the holes aligns up or not.
Most likely the Noctua Backplate won't be compatible with the Coolermaster backplate since each are customized for each manufacturer's CPU Coolers.
