It should be no problem as long as your laptop doesn't overheat from being on so long. Just keep a eye on it once in awhile to make sure everything is fine.
I would have some sort of monitoring software enabled showing you your Laptop's temperatures and other data while it is on.
You might want to check your manual in case it mentions something.
I leave my PC on 24/7 all the time without any problems.
