Good day.
I have a Radeon Sapphire pulse RX570 8gb and i want to disable the Ryzen 5 2400G integrated graphics. So that i can use my 16gb of ram instead of 14gb.
Thank you for your support.
So you're running multiple VPCs or editing professional 4K video?
thank you for the response.....
its just for a gaming computer and lite editing for youtube videos ..i'm
planning to make a channel on youtube...
I just have one rx570 and a processor of ryzen 5 2400g...
should i just uninstall my current amd driver and install a rx 570 driver
only?
Check to see if your Motherboard's BIOS/UEFI has a setting for disabling Integrated Graphics (iga) or make sure the setting is for the GPU Card to be the primary graphics card when booting into Windows.
Also in BIOS/UEFI you can manually set the amount of RAM to be used by the Integrated Graphics. I have seen less than 1 gbyte to be used by the Integrated Graphics. This will probably be your best option if you can't manually disable the Integrated Graphics via BIOS/UEFI.
thank you for the response..... i will try those things you've said....
Happy New Year
Then there's absolutely no reason to quibble over 2GB of RAM, you're not going to run out of it. Leave it enabled in case anything goes wrong with your RX 570.
Good day....
Oh is that so....
Then its good then... Thank you very much .
You've been very helpful.
