During games and not at idle I will get random hard shutdowns and given a WHEA log in event viewer, have 4 different .dmp 's and usually would only happen 1 every week but it happened twice yesterday so my average is starting to get more frequent.
Specifications:
Main Board: MSI MAG B550 MORTAR WIFI
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: XFX 5700XT
RAM: CORSAIR Vengance LPX 16GB (2x8) DDR4 @ 3200
SSD: WD Black SN750 NVME M.2 2280 1TB
PSU: Seasonic Focus 650W 80+ GOLD Fully Modular SFX-L
What I have tried so far:
-Fresh driver install on; Chipset and GPU
-BIOS Update (Latest)
-Disabling Fast Startup
-GPU and CPU Stress tests
-Memory tests
-Underclocking my RAM, CPU and GPU
-Making sure there are no overclockings in my BIOS or AMD Software (Not sure if I missed one or not)
I am just shy of trying to do a clean install of windows 10 x64 without the auto drivers from Microsoft
I would also like the note that the 5700XTs drivers are trash and crash constantly especially with Unreal Engine so I am curious if the instability or issue is being caused by the card

Tried to put my 5700XT into PCI-E 3rd gen mode today in my bios just to see if it could get the card to stay stable
Are you unable to find your Notepad or what is happening?
Mate, this amount of copy-paste logs info is good for tickets not community forums.
Got same WHEA error. It was hardware issue, changed CPU and all good.
Hope this helps someone.
