I bought a 3800X from best buy today and asked about BL3 and was told my purchase wasn't eligible because I bought the processor from their online store and did not create a best buy account when doing so (checked out as guest)Was I lied to?
There is some motivation from the vendors who want you to become regular customers
Still Best Buy should have given you a key.
