I sent in a request for the Bootkit and received a confirmation with ticket# 8201066325.
I also provided all the necessary info that was required. Any ideas on how long before the ticket is approved and the kit will ship?
I've seen a range from a few days all the way out to a couple of weeks. I'm in Washington State so hopefully things will process sooner compared to international inquiries.
