I recently requested and received a boot kit; the compatibility update was successful, and I ready to return the kit. However, initial communication indicated that the return shipping labels would be physically included in the box. Instead, I was emailed labels to print out. However I do not have a printer, and due to coronavirus lockdown restrictions, print shops in my area are currently closed. Is it possible to have pre-printed labels mailed to me instead? Thank you.
