I've sent a support request for a Boot Kit and received a ticket number immediately but no other correspondence for days. I was expecting an email requesting proof of purchase and other information but for processing but haven't received any instructions or communication.
I have purchased a 5950x cpu and brand new strix x570i motherboard that must be flashed to a newer bios before I even boot the PC to set it up.
