Can anyone help me?

When i am working or gaming, my 5600x down to 0,53Ghz and the processor usage too, slowing my screen and causing extreme slowdown in games

all temps are ok, my vga is a 5700xt asrock,  improved when I fixed the ratio in 44x and the voltage in 1.85v

In control panel, hardware and sound, power options, edit plan settings..

I have AMD Ryzen Balanced..

click change advanced power settings..

In processor power management, I have minimum processor state 99% and maximum 100%..

I don't have any problems with temps, my cpu is at 40c with a game running..
