I have decided to choose G Skill Trident Royal (Silver) but which one is better for 3900x? 3200mhz or 3600mhz?

Faster is better.

Your motherboard manufacturer will have a list of all memory tested with the motherboard with speeds, timings and configurations.

It's always worth checking that first before getting RAM.

Pretty sure the G Skill Trident will be on it though.

Many ram manufacturers also have lists of what boards they tested with their memory and what timings to use as well. 

Just because you are not on a QVL doesn't mean the memory won't work. It is that usually it is not applying the right timings.
