Bad Performance with ryzen 3600 and 5700xt in horizon zero dawn

Hello, according to multiple benchmarks, youtube videos etc. Horizon Zero Dawn should be perfectly playable on a 5700xt on 1440p.

Sadly, instead of the often reported 60-70 fps, I get 40-50 with medium settings. I also noticed, that my cpu clocks are around 2400-2600 and not at the boost frequency of 4200.

I made benchmarks with ultra and original settings and I am getting almost the same results:

Probably the driver is faulty.

Use this and uninstall the display driver then perform clean display driver installation.
Then... DO NOT try VSR, Enhanced Sync, or a similar setting. Or try different monitors. And try to find the cause of the problem. And report this problem to AMD with that... https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

I used the tool and tried out fresh installs with the latest 2 driver versions. sadly, no luck.

NOT borderless. Have you tried it fullscreen? This problem seems to be not from the processor...
