Hey,

I am with a problem. My Athlon 3000G only runs my graphics card at x4, I looked at bios and changed settings, drivers.. nothing worked. I tried with another VGA too. I am using a Gigabyte B450M S2H motherboard. Is there anything that I need to do for it to work x8 or it is stuck at x4?

That processor only has 4 lanes available for an expansion slot.
