Do you have BIOS version 4801 or newer installed on your motherboard? If you don't that is the reason why it won't boot up since the BIOS doesn't recognize the new Athlon 3000g Processor.
Also if you need to upgrade the BIOS be sure to update the CHIPSET Drivers first before updating the BIOS version to 4801 or newer.
If you do have the correct BIOS version installed then most likely it is due to RAM MEMORY incompatibilities with the processor. I would check Asus QVL list for RAM Memory for your processor.
I suggest you remove all the RAM except one RAM Stick and put it on the correct Memory slot on your motherboard and see if it boots up.
