Hello recently i got these new parts installed inside my case

Asus prime 570 p  mobo

hyper x  32gb of ram 3600 freqvency

amd ryzen 9 5900x

artic freezer esport duo 34

gtx 1080ti 11gb

we installed everything correctly  cables etc and pc simpli wont post just blue light is on near fan area in top right corner when you switch psu on (brand new too)  850w chieftech polaris gold

so i tough i fried mobo at first i send it back they send me new one same story i bought asus asus prime b550m-a same story 

i send my case to servise same story  do you think i need to do bios update on that mobo since i cant do it from home no flash button on it (i read i to have difrent amd proc to do it with that too) im just looking for confirmation about suspsision of this problem  cause we literly tried everything to isolate the issue down to bios so the guys there can do it asap.

It couldn't hurt to try a BIOS update as some X570 boards, specifically my MSI MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi  came with an older BIOS that did not support the Ryzen 5000 series.

I have the Prime x570-P It's good in some areas, VRMs very cold, you want that. However, it does not have the USB flash button, so if it is not pre updated from vendor, you may need an older CPU to put in place in order to do the BIOS flash update. You should ask vendor which BIOS version does it have.

According to your Asus Motherboard you need to have BIOS version 2606 or newer: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-x570-p/helpdesk_bios/

I have an Asus motherboard and Asus does print the BIOS version the Motherboard comes with.

Look for a Thin White label near the Motherboard Socket or DIMM Slots. On the second line at the end there should be a 4 digit number. That is the BIOS version that is installed on your Motherboard.

If it show Bios Version 2606 or newer and your PC still doesn't boot up. Disconnect all the hardware except the PSU and CPU and Windows Drive.

You Motherboard Trouble LED or Digital Code should indicate that you are either missing DRAM or it is not working. But if it shows the CPU trouble LED or Digital code than that means you have a problem with the CPU or Motherboard.

If you get the DRAM warning then install one Stick of RAM Memory and see if it boots up with the GPU Trouble LED or Digital Code lit up. Saying you are missing a GPU card or you have a bad GPU card installed.

If it looks like it is booting into Windows then install the GPU card. If it still get stuck on the DRAM or CPU Trouble LED or Digital Code after installing the RAM Memory that probably indicates the RAM is either defective or incompatible.

NOTE: If you Motherboard doesn't have TROUBLE LEDs or Digital Codes then you will need to install a PC SPEAKER to hear the BEEP Sequences to determine which hardware is having issues.

ok si got word from repairshop they dont have pertical same procsesor to do that bios update number 

so i will have to drive it again to my buddy place we got same procesor to be able to  do it but yea dont buy these mobos for this 5k series if u dont want get a nerve break down it got that freaking xmass tree rgb lights but most important feature like usb flash button nope logic

When I upgraded my Asus Motherboard from AM3+ to AM4, one of the Main features I looked for was that it did have the BIOS FLASH Button on the Motherboard.

That was after seeing so many Users needing to order a AMD BOOT KIT to get the correct BIOS installed.

You probably qualify for a AMD BOOT KIT for your Motherboard in case you are interested. It is free. All you need to do is send the AMD CPU back to AMD once you are finished.

Depending on cuntry, at least here Vendors publish wheter the Motherboard is pre flashed for 5000 series or not, that saves you a lot of trouble. But yes, overall you want a motherboard with the USB flash button. The good thing is that the Prime x570-P has one of the best VRM's outhere, and overall is a good motherboard for the price.

hi today i drive to town pick up new mobo more beafy one gigabyte newest version that is supporting my procesor out of the box 14days wituouth pc xd and it also got usb (button) for bios flashing worst case scenario they send me bad procesor unit they cant boot it up at that repair shop either since they dont have older procesors anymore or i need to drivemyself into other town to visit more proffesional store/repair service shop so they could do full diagnostic or send me another proc) story of my life if you need some QA  tester im yours amd! technology does not like me ill find something xd
