Anyone facing issues with 3500x?

Hi,

I built a pc with an ASRock 520M-HDV, 3500X, and Gigabyte 2060. It was working perfectly well until Monday when it suddenly crashed. I confirmed with Gigabyte that it is not a GPU issue. Motherboard I have not been able to diagnose it but I was hoping to talk to a community elder on how to go about this.

you question is kinda vague.

Can you post your complete Computer information including hardware and software versions installed?

Also post in detail the problem you are having especially posting any and all errors you are getting including Motherboard Trouble LEDs or Trouble Digital codes.

Check Device Manager for any errors or yellow exclamation marks

Check Windows Event Viewer under "Errors" for any hints to which driver or file is causing the issues you are having.

Run DXDIAG.exe and download the DXDIAG.txt file to your computer and go to the last category "Diagnostics" and see which files are having problems on your computer.

Run in a elevated Command Prompt - SFC /scannow - which will check your Windows 10 installation for any corruption or missing files.
