I am looking for an official source on how RAPL works in AMD64. I have seen that the developer guides for each specific family of processors have a reference section where several RAPL registers appear, but I haven't found any piece of documentation that explains what the system can do in a more generic way (For example, Intel's Intel64 developer guide first explains what can be measured with RAPL, the domains, which registers are there for each domain and what they contain, etc, and then list the registers available for each family of processors). Is there something equivalent for AMD?
