You can use the Wraith Spire but it probably might not cool your 3800X processor very efficiently and it might overheat under load.

I have the AMD RGB Wraith Prism which I bought so that I could have the AMD branded cooler. It is more robust than the light weight Spire my R5 3600 came with. It seems to be perfectly fine at stock clock speeds.

I have big fans in my rig so I have no worry about heat buildup
