With that being said, If you computer is located in a hot room where the air intake of the computer case is hot coming in, you may find problems in maintaining a cool CPU under load. Best to purchase a liquid CPU Cooler for maximum cooling.
Note: when you mentioned "Indian summer season" I presumed you meant the room where the computer will be running is not Air conditioned.
