Since the Motherboard does support the 5700 series APU processor it is possible it might support the "X" type also. But I suggest you open a MSI Support ticket and asked them directly if the BIOS for the 5700 Series APU will also recognize and support the 5700X processor.
The list could be out-dated which might explain why the 5700X is not listed or just that the motherboard doesn't support that specific processor.
