Hi there,
I bogth a custom computer in the beggiging of the year, AMD Ryzen 5900x + ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming + 2x8GB 4000Mhz CL16. Since I use a lot of virtual machines during work, I felt the need to buy more RAM, so I boght another 2x8GB 4000Mhz CL16. All the ram are the same product, no mixed brands/speeds. So, now I have 4x8GB 4000Mhz CL16
After installed the RAM I notice that the computer no longer boot with the RAM set to 4000Mhz (Only at 3800Mhz). Is this the normal beaviour? Or there is something wrong with my processor/motherboard?
Thanks.

According to G-Skill QVL List for Asus Motherboards your Motherboard is not listed for that specific RAM Memory Part Number: https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/326/1608543488/F4-4000C16D-16GTZNA-Qvl
From G-Skill RAM CONFIGURATOR for your Motherboard: https://www.gskill.com/configurator?page=1&cls=1529635169&manufacturer=1524725352&chipset=1603955103...
So it is possible it isn't fully compatible with your Motherboard and Processor at 4000Mhz.
What is the Make and Part Number of the RAM that you are using?
If your RAM is listed for your motherboard's QVL List for the 5000 Series processors it will show how many DIMM Slots it is compatible to populate plus the maximum RAM Speed supported by your specific RAM Part number.
Currently the memories are not listed in the QVL list, I didn't looked in to it before buying the ram. But since the motherboard was ok with the the 2x8GB 4000mhz, I thought that would be ok to add more and would run at the same speed.
The part number: F4-4000C16D-16GTZNA
