I know from the Internet that turning off tpm on your computer will solve this problem, but after turning off tpm, win11 will no longer be required to get updates. The bug was fixed in the desktop version back in May of last year, but it hasn't been fixed on mobile yet, so hopefully the authorities will see the issue and fix it.
