AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Crashing in games

I am using AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600X processor with Gigabyte Aorus b450 Elite  Motherboard,

Earlier I was using Ryzen 3 3100 with the same configuration then there was no issue in 1year but after upgrading the processor to R5 5600x system crashing while in gaming only but sometimes i would be able to play the game without  any crash for around 30m to 40m. i have noticed when i remove and reseat RAM it doesn't crash for a while but it's still quite random hard to predict mostly it is reproducible but sometimes it is not.

Here what I have already tried but not resolved the issue

  • Installed new fresh OS win 11 64Bit
  • Updated drivers, bios to latest F63c(beta bios) and installed chipset drivers also
  • Kept everything default in UEFI setup
  • CPU temperature while crashing in between 70 to 85 degree celsius
  • GPU RX6600 Max 60 degree celsius
  • Tried on different RAM Slot and even using a single stick
  • Tried these games Shadow of tomb rider and COD Warzone
  • Tried to disabled Precision Boost

What I saw :

When I disable core peformance boost it remains at base 3.7ghz then there are no crashes

It crash on when it auto boost upto 4.65Ghz

disabling its auto boost function after that the system is stable and i can game without any crash and it stays surprisingly cool as well

Please Let me know how to resolve this issue i am trying to make it form for 3 days still no luck ..

Better ask AMD on this, as it technically unable to follow spec from the box, if it is unstable on stock voltage.

Try to run stability tests... Like memtest86, y-cruncher (but check out CPU temps there as well). Try to localize an issue (RAM or CPU boost freq/voltage curves).
Look at system monitor errors, BSOD memory dumps, etc.

It may be that you got unlucky with CPU, but as it doesn't hold on to it's specs (up to 4.65 gHz boost) you may need to return/RMA it. But you need to confirm reason this is happening

Okay ill run these tests

and one more thing

when i check the event logger i got critical errors -  error code 41 related to kernel

and the system only crashes in games but  neved crashed on desktop i did run cinebench r23 for half an hour it didnt crash and the cpu temps where in the 80's the clock speed was around 4.1 to 4.3

Is the ram on the compatible list (per gigabyte, and/or memory makers list ) for vermeer ?

Is Win.11 the retail version or one of the insider builds ?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

yes i checked the ram is in that list and I'm running the retail  version of W11

I turned up the voltage in bios Vcore from auto to +0.012v now it seems it is stable for a while but the overall performance seems to be a bit slow I saw less score in cinebench r23 than before around 300 to 400 points less
should I go for the RMA or wait for a further bios update to see what happens? I'm confused about what to do
