I bought AMD Ryzen 5600G recently and I am having severe problem with this new PC of mine. It is having keyboard/Mouse input lag-stutter when playing any game. 
To test CPU, I installed AMD Ryzen Master and found an unexpected message. It's saying some CPU cores are disabled! see the screenshot

If any AMD experts sees this, please help me out on this since I am suffering for long time.

Where did you purchase this 5600G processor? Have you verified its authenticity?

The 5600G is a six core processor, so yes two of the original CCD 8 cores have been disabled.

What version of Ryzen Master are you using? The latest version for your processor is 2.14.0.3205
