AMD Overdrive is listed or shown only if your GPU card is compatible with it in Radeon Settings. AMD Overdrive was replaced by AMD Wattman which does the same thing and is enabled in Radeon Settings.
Most likely if you updated to the latest RX570 Desktop Driver, it will have AMD Wattman unless your GPU card doesn't support AMD Wattman then it will show AMD Overdrive in Radeon Settings.
