Hello 

I have a 2700cpu installed on Gigabyte X570 Wifi pro

I have updated bios and chipset

when loading AMD master I am getting error message: driver not installed 

I have uninstalled and installed the s/w several times 

sometimes the s/w is running but most of the times not, with above error

How can I resolve  the problem?

I presuming you mean AMD Ryzen Master software.

I have attached a MS Troubleshooter Uninstall/Install that may help you install Ryzen Master.

I have attached it to this post for you to download if interested.

Yes I did I bit of research and found the same reply. 

Used the MS tool to uninstall AMD Ryzen Master and installed it again.

Now is working fine

Hello, 

To follow up above. After using the MS tool and reinstalling AMD Ryzen Master, i got again random errors for driver not installed. 

I noticed the there were two register keys: Driver13 and Driver16. (under registry editor)

I have deleted Driver13 but AMD Ryzen Master did not run, again indicating: Driver not installed.

Then restored both drivers by installing again ADM Chipset drivers but again s/w did not run.

I have deleted the registry key Driver16 and now AMD Ryzen Master runs properly. 

With only Driver13 existing as registry key. 

Can you please confirm above is correct?

CPU 2700 does not support Driver16?

I would ask Official AMD Support that question from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form .

That is something I haven't heard as a method to get Ryzen Master to run correctly on a computer. Your work around may be useful to other Users having problems running Ryzen Master.

Also can you clarify what you mean by Driver 13 and 16 in respect to Rzyen Master software?

Hello, 

Driver13 and Driver16 are two folders found under :

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriverV13

Above are accessed via Registry Editor
