AMD Gift Coupon is expired !

I just finished building my PC, I purchased 5900X from Amazon and I received the coupon code a few days later. 

Now when I tried to redeem my coupon, it says the coupon is expired. I contacted AMD support and they did nothing about it. Unbelivable!

You waited to long to build your computer. The final date to redeem your AMD Rewards Coupon expired on January 30, 2021 as per Terms & Conditions:

To redeem the coupon the Processor must be installed and working in your computer.

So basically you are out of luck.  You waited too long to redeem the coupon. Doesn't matter if you purchased the processor within the time frame of the Promotion.
