AMD E1-6010 processor going very slow can be improved?

Greetings I have a Lenovo ideapad 11015acl series PF0KLM2Y PRODUCT computer. 80TJ BIOS. 1QCN32WW processor amd E1-6010 windows 10 home 64bits with 8 GB ram DD 1TB, going too slow I can do to improve performance.

You can buy a faster laptop. The E series processors are for the very low end budget models, a dual core 1.35ghz processor you have cannot be improved.
