Hello everyone! I have a problem that's been going on for a month. I'm playing games, watching videos, or sometimes not even doing anything, and out of nowhere, my PC is limited to using 17% of the CPU (0.39GHz). I've already installed all the drivers 23.11.1, tried installing the chipsets but it won't let me, edited the power plan, the laptop has never suffered any damage, and I'm running out of options. If anyone can help me, please, I'll attach images with information.
