AMD A4-4020, only one core available, why? Any fixes?
Hi, I've got a friend with a REALLY low-end PC, it features an AMD-A4-4020 and he uses the GPU integrated into it as it's an APU.
Recently, me and him, while talking over Discord have noticed that only one of his cores are detected, this was weird, I looked up his processor and it's supposed to have two cores and 2 threads, though his only has a single one.
As far as I know, the GPU inside of the APU shouldn't have anything to do with what's currently going on, so does anyone know anything about this? Or even a possible fix, maybe. Thanks in advance.

That CPU has 1 Piledriver Module composed of 1 floating point and 2 integer processors, and with Bulldozer derived processor, AMD calls every integer processor a core.
