AMD 5600x, Asus B550-I, 3200mhz Ram issue help
Hi,
Setup: 5600x, Asus B550-I, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB DDR4 3200mhz CL16, Sapphire RX 6700 10gb.
New build, BIOS running ram at 2133hz. When I enable DOCP to increase to 3200mhz I get BSOD or memory could not be read errors. In addition; when I try and enable smart access memory by enbaling Above 4G decoding and Re-Size BAR i get BSOD critical process died.
Unsure what the issue is as the hardware should be compatible? Currently running MemTest86 no issues so far. Perhaps I need to update all drivers?

Is the set Ryzen compatible on Corsair site. There are multiple variations of the set, some work on AMD only some work on Intel only and the name is the same, only partnumber and EAN-code differ.

Yeah that is the issue, i saw earlier that i bought the CMW32GX4M2E3200C16 instead of CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 even though PC Part Picker said they were both compatible.
Is there anything else i can do? or best to buy compatible RAM to enable 3200mhz and smart access memory? Are there any other downsides to using this incompatible RAM?

Just swap it with your supplier. If you did buy it from Corsair direct just contact their support and they can assist you with that.

Thanks I'll give that a try. I bought it from a computer shop, hopefully they'll accept an exchange even though I've opened.
