AMD doesn't provide any type of software to overclock laptops.
You might be able to find a 3rd party software but I suggest you don't try overclocking your AMD APU Processor.
Laptops are engineered to work within certain Power and Temperature requirements. By overclocking you will probably exceed either or both the power and temperatures of your laptop.
NOTE: In case you are wondering you can't upgrade your AMD Processor since it is soldered to the laptop motherboard.
