across the board crashes and i dont know where to start!

build is as follows:

Ryzen 9 7950X

ROG Crosshair x670E Extreme

64G Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5

ROG Strix Geforce RTX 4090 24G

Gamemax 1300W power supply (fully modular)

assorted Samsung SSDs and M.2s

My computer has been slow to post or fails to post all together, it will randomly restart, games and applications will just randomly crash and ill even get blue screen crashes.

the blue screens give a few different stop codes:

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

kERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I am not sure where to even start tbh. I'm wondering if it could be a BIOS issue or simply needing a windows reinstall but i have no clue. the crashes can be very random, sometimes not happening for weeks and then happening over and over again throughout a single day so I see no pattern. I have tried searching on the web but haven't found anything solid that I haven't already tried without major changes or testing. Any help at all would be so greatly appreciated! If you have any more questions or need any more information please feel free to ask as well. I am completely lost. Thank you in advance!

need to say:

  1. 64G Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5: exact model with clock data and whether it has EXPO or just XMP;
  2. ROG Crosshair x670E Extreme: BIOS version (AGESA?)

To be able to use your machine with some stability, for now, my suggestion is to leave it in mode without activating: XMP/EXPO/DOCP

Keep the memory clock at a JEDEC standard, i.e., do not change anything after the first boot. Take images of the BIOS (F12 button) and post these images.

I have 4 sticks of Corsair Dominator Platinum 16G 5600MHz cl36-36-36-76 1.25V and i believe it is just xmp.

my Bios is the American Megatrends Inc. 1003, dated 03/17/2023

I've been trying to launch my bios but every time i do it goes into a failed post state and wont run so i have been unable to get the screenshots but i will keep trying.

All GAMEMAX PSU's are on the Tier F Replace Immediately list over at

https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/

I'm referring to information about your BIOS firmware version data.

BIOS INFOBIOS INFO

It looks like you've been messing with some parameter in the BIOS. Try resetting using the clear cmos button.

then activate xmp again and see what happens, don't change anything.

If your memory still has problems, try the following:

- PRESS F9 botton in the BIOS system for search, and type:

  • DDR5 for NITRO options
  • NITRO for more options
  • Memory Context Restore AND turn to enable, for all
  • UCLK DIV1 MODE turn to UCLK=MEMCLK

If you still have problems, you can try using this option
