9800X3D Ram stuck at 4800 Mt/s

Hi all,

 

As per title my ram is stuck at 4800 MT/s

I have already enables XMP in the bios

Any suggestions?

What motherboard do you have? Have you checked whether there is a newer BIOS version?

Looks like the memory is in slots A2/B2 are those the correct slots for dual channel per the manual?

Yes newer BIOS for 9800x3d was installed.

Slots are correct

I had the same rams and mobo (B650 tomahawk) on the 7800x3d and worked at 6000 mt/s

Your image of bios is in 'ezy mode'

Have you checked in bios 'advanced mode' to see if it has been applied.

Yes, after reset all was applied but still stuck at 4800 mt/s
