7600x, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX black screen/locks up under low load

Hi,

So I have a 7600X with a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX MOBO, 32 GB Ram, 7800XT GPU and plenty of power, running Win 11.

When I'm doing non-gaming activity (watching Twitch, surfing the internet, nothing intensive) the machine will lock up, black screen, non-responsive, power button won't work, I have to cut power to the PSU to get things right.  The CPU red light on the MOBO lights up when this happens.  This has been going on for months now, sometimes every hour, sometimes I'm fine for hours.  It _does not happen_ under load playing games or doing benchmarking.  Memtest 8 passes comes back fine.  This wasn't happening when I put the system together last year, started happening around maybe sometime around September?  I've tried rolling back chipset/BIOS, I've tried rolling forward, I've tried rolling back GPU drivers, etc.  I've tried reinstalling Windows.  Nothing's helping, I have no logs indicating any errors, and I'm tearing my hair out here.  Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Anyone?

Right now, honestly watching Twitch, in either Chrome or Firefox, seems to be a trigger after a while.  The box can stay up overnight not doing anything, games stably.  Twitch after a while?  BAM, locks.

Yep, it's frustrating. I've also had random black screens but followed with a restart and it always happens when in chrome! Game for hours, no problem, Cinebench r23 no problem, memtest no problem. What I have found is that the graphics driver has reset because of an error. I upped the power target to 15% in the gpu driver settings and all seems stable.
