7600x 20c core temperature deltas

I'm not sure what's considered normal for 7600x, but I feel like there might be something wrong, since the core deltas are 20c, core 2,3 always easily hits 90+C while all other cores hover around 70c. My ambient is 20C

I'm using thermalright phantom spirit 120 evo with plenty of thermal paste. I've checked the paste and it look pretty even.
I have a -15 CO, and +200 boost set in BIOS.

In multicore loads, the core speed is only 5.1Ghz, but i see others able to maintain 5.3.

Is there anything wrong with this cpu?

Unless it's having issues (crashing, BSOD, etc.) there's nothing "wrong" with it, it's just not a great performer.

If you are feeling adventurous you could delid it, maybe the IHS isn't making even contact with the cores.

Or it could just be that those cores require more voltage to achieve the same frequency as the others.

Consider that a 7600X is really a 7700X that failed, they disabled 2 cores and sold it cheaper.
