OK, let's keep it simple, recently completed a build, specs below. So far, it seems to have shut its self off possibly 2 times but it was during many updates, driver installs, BIOS tweaks, RAM speed changes, etc., etc. I have been trying to get it to do it again but it has not yet, it seems extremely stable now. I know the max operating temperature is 90C sustained and that is fine, the CPU was designed to do that per AMD. 2 questions, does anyone know the exact temp at which it will throttle back, and the temp at thermal shut down? Not guessing but actual exact temps? Can you point me to AMD documentation?? I was moving the AIO pump head around some, turned it off, and it hit 92C but only for a second then I shut the system down, but that was in the BIOS and it tends to monitor a little too hot and possibly wrong, it probably didn't go over 80C before I shut it off. Overall I am very very happy with the system, it is wicked fast and stable so far, still some things to change and hope to see my temps go down some, see below. I couldn't even get the GPU fans to kick on until I loaded a bunch or smaller programs and HALO Infinite and Cinebench all running at the same time. Games looking incredible on it, to be sure.
