I have a 5900x, a 3080 graphics card, and 32 GB corsair vengence RGB RAM running at 3200mhz. Forgot to mention, Asus PRIME X570-P motherboard. I get massive stutter both in and out of games, and I am pretty sure it is related to my CPU as it happens even at low loads and even in applications not using the GPU. Ive tried a lot of different things, tweaking the BIOS in various ways, updating drivers, to no avail. It feels like I wasted a CPU and am pretty disappointed in AMD for my first red team CPU. I never had issues on Intel. Thoughts?
