Hi, I have a tiny problem. When I try to push my 5800X, I run into a cap that doesn't let the CPU run above 135W. I tried adjusting PPT, TDC and EDC, they change, but the CPU stays at the exact same 135W. Is there a bios setting to unlock this cap?

setup:
Ryzen 5800X
MSI B550 Tomahawk
Corsair 16GB 3600MT CL18
Corsair H150i Elite Capellix
Corsair RM850 Gold
