been going through the forum trying to find info on warranty. Most warranty posts are from 2020. How are the leadtimes here in 2021? I'm struggling with my 5600x (https://community.amd.com/t5/processors/5600x-tpm-makes-bitlocker-crash/td-p/445889) i have an ongoing warranty email chain running with AMD tech support, but now i havent heard back from them since wednesday. I provided a lot of evidence (pictures etc.) and even a youtube video (private, only visible for someone with the link) to give them enough info to finally replace my defective CPU.
In the weekend i went and bought a third motherboard with the sole purpose to once again prove that the only piece of hardware which is recurring is the cpu. But now its as AMD went silent, or is it normal with longer delay on responses? could you guide me on how to proceed here.
I have struggled with this issue since 22 Jan, so not been able to utilize my new pc yet, and this just seems to go on.
Any tips on how to speed up this process would be much appreciated. Maybe I'm impatient, but i believe i have provided a lot of documentation to AMD, and I cant see why they cant issue a replacement.
