Hi all, so i've been trying to set up my secondary pc that has not been used for some time, the specs are:
cpu: ryzen 5 2400g
psu: Aerocool Lux 550w Bronze 80+
mobo: Asrock A320m-HDV R.4
Ram: Patriot Viper 2x8gb 3600mhz
SSD Apacer 240gb
for some reason the cpu clock is stuck at 545mhz and 15% cpu usage, ive tried everything i found regarding 2400g issues, clean windows install everytime trying different drivers, bios update, disabling/enabling XMP, Core performance boost,SVM,SMT, C-states, etc. also tried downclock/overclock from Ryzen Master (which always results in black screen/crash). Even tried changing cmos battery, using another PSU Asus ROG Strix 850w, a Corsair 2x16gb 3600 vengeance kit. No matter what i did the cpu just wont work, the cpu clock is maxed out at 5xx mhz, usage is 15% and TDP is like 2-7w and temp never goes beyond 30 degrees C. Note that after doing each step i always check on Cpu-z for the clock and benchmark it, absolutely nothing changed. Last time i used this pc it was normal probably 1-2yrs ago, i know i didnt set up something right i just dont know what. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
