XFX RX580 8gb Graphics Problem

I'm not sure why but the texture's in games look horrible, I have updated my graphics card to the latest driver.  I am not sure what is causing this does anybody have any ideas?  I had bought a Cyberpower pc prebuilt that came with the XFX RXScreenshot_1.jpgScreenshot_2.jpgScreenshot_4.jpgScreenshot_5.jpgScreenshot_6.jpgScreenshot_7.jpgScreenshot_8.jpgScreenshot_9.jpg580 and amd ryzen 5 processor.
