That will largely depend on the game you play, resolution, detail levels, and the Freesync range of your monitor as there are some games that require a 2080 Ti to hit what would typically be minimums inside adaptive sync ranges, and that range can be as high as 50 or 40 as is the case with such games as The Division and Ghost Recon shown below. The 5700XT is about as powerful on average as the RTX 2070.
But if you are playing at 1920x1080, then you'll be fine.
