I have an AMD Radeon R3 in my desktop and having recently updating Windows the HDMI scaling is not working.
When i move the slider to put HDMI Scaling to 5% nothing changes and then if I click away to another tab it goes back to 0%. This was working fine before the update.
I've searched and searched Google but none of the fixes ive tried have done anything. Any help appreciated.
