Hello,
I submitted a warranty request over a week ago for my Radeon 6900XT that suddenly died on me. It has been over seven days without any type of response other than the automated email I received.
How long does it take to get a response? I can't believe it would take this long to even start the warranty process. I own multiple AMD products, but this is the 1st time I've ever had to warranty anything and to be honest its really leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I understand hardware fails sometimes... and I'm fine with that as long as the warranty process is efficient and fair.
Customer service is important when you need it!
