Why is my GPU Working but no display on monitor ?
I have been using my gpu R7 265 for a year and now I try to start my pc but its not displaying on my monitor (Samsung Syncmaster 943) my gpu is still working the fan is working fine and I can shut down my pc normally by using Alt+F4+Enter so its working fine and I am now using my Internal gpu

have you check using all the hdmi and the dvi ports yet, because if you already had check, then (i think) its broken, if the fan still spinning and dont show any display then yeah, sorry mate i think the chipset is gone

either going to some 3rd party to repair the chipset (usually its just heating the gpu) or diy by trying to clean the pcb using wd40 or some generic spray to clean the pcb, theres a lot tutorial how to deep clean a gpu on youtube

Now it works normally but when I open a game it goes black screen

Do you have onboard graphics & or discrete GPU..?
Haven't had an extra monitor or Tv connected at some point and it thinks the monitor isn't the primary display..?
Could try using the AMD driver removal tool & then try reinstalling video drivers?
Check event viewer for any video'ish related error or warning logs
