There are no Windows 10 drivers for your very old GPU.

The last supported Windows is 8/8.1 drivers from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/integrated-motherboard-graphics/ati-radeon-integrated-hd-ser...

You can try and let Windows 10 install a compatible driver if one is available. But if Windows Update can't find a compatible driver then you are out of luck unless you downgrade to non-supported Windows 8/8.1 or 7.

well i was thinking go back to windows 7 so that can be the reason

You can try the Windows 7 driver and see if it works in Windows 10. But it might be too old to be compatible but you loose nothing by trying.

Rather then downgrading your Windows 10 to a non-supported Windows 7 I would try and upgrade your GPU card or install a Processor with Integrated Graphics that might have newer drivers and be compatible with Windows 10.
